About these terms

These terms govern your use of Ixpo, a digital directory that connects buyers with manufacturers. By using Ixpo you accept these terms.

Using Ixpo

Browsing the directory is open to everyone. Creating a buyer or manufacturer account requires a valid email address and accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Manufacturer accounts and listings

A manufacturer account allows you to publish one company profile. You confirm that you are authorised to represent the company, that the information you publish is accurate, and that you hold the rights to the images and text you upload. Profiles and material edits are reviewed before they appear publicly.

Buyer accounts

Buyer accounts exist to help you discover manufacturers and save your preferences. Contact details published by manufacturers may be used to make genuine business enquiries only — not for bulk marketing, scraping or resale.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of your content. By publishing it on Ixpo you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store, resize and translate it for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory. You may remove your content at any time from your dashboard.

Prohibited use

• Publishing false, misleading or fraudulent company information.
• Uploading content you do not have the rights to, or content that is unlawful, offensive or infringing.
• Listing goods or services that are illegal to trade, or counterfeit products.
• Impersonating another company or person.
• Automated scraping, bulk data extraction or attempts to bypass platform security.
• Using published contact details for spam or unsolicited bulk marketing.

Accuracy of manufacturer information

Manufacturer profiles are written by the manufacturers themselves. We review submissions before publication, but review is not an audit, a certification or an endorsement. Buyers must carry out their own due diligence before entering into a commercial relationship. Any contract or transaction is strictly between buyer and manufacturer; Ixpo is not a party to it and takes no commission.

Approval, rejection and suspension

We may refuse, edit, unpublish or suspend a listing, or close an account, where these terms are breached, where information appears inaccurate, or where a listing harms other users. Where reasonable we will explain why and allow corrections.

Intellectual property

The Ixpo name, wordmark, interface, design and software belong to the operator and may not be copied or reused without permission. Manufacturer names, logos and product images remain the property of their owners.

External links

Profiles may link to manufacturer websites and messaging services. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, security or practices.

Availability

We aim to keep Ixpo available at all times but provide the service on an 'as available' basis. Maintenance, upgrades and incidents may cause interruptions, and features may change.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Ixpo is not liable for losses arising from dealings with a manufacturer or buyer found through the platform, from inaccurate listing content, or from interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Public listings are removed when an account is closed.
